Analysis of results after one year of use in a Slovak forest nursery
Product/Usage
- Bactériosol concentré
Testimonial
Study Background :
This study was conducted in partnership with well-known Slovak organizations (list of partners) to evaluate the impact of BACTERIOSOL on the development of white fir seedlings in a forestry context.
Objectives :
- Measure biological performance (growth, root weight, etc.).
- Identify the benefits for sustainable and economically viable forestry.

Study Methodology
• Experiment site: Vislavce forest nursery.
• Tested plants: 50 treated plants vs. 50 control plants.
• Applications: 4 applications (cumulative 300 kg/ha) between July 2021 and August 2022.
• Final evaluation: Measurements conducted on October 10, 2022.
• Statistical analysis: Software used: TIBCO Software Inc. (ANOVA, α=0.05).
Key Results
Indicator | BACTERIOSOL | Control | Difference |
---|---|---|---|
Aerial height (mm) | 118 | 109 | +7.63% |
Collar diameter (mm) | 1.8 | 1.6 | +11.11% |
Main root length (mm) | 136.4 | 144.5 | -5.94%* |
Dry weight of aerial parts (g) | 0.33 | 0.26 | +21.21% |
Dry weight of root system (g) | 0.18 | 0.15 | +16.67% |
Note: While the main roots were slightly longer in the control group, this is explained by greater secondary root development in the BACTERIOSOL group, confirmed by the higher dry root weight.
Result Analysis and Interpretation
• Soil improvement: Development of secondary roots due to better soil structuring.
• Biological efficiency: BACTERIOSOL stimulates natural growth without chemical inputs.
• Sustainability: Reduction of environmental impacts and improved forest resilience.

Perspectives and Ecological Benefits
- For forestry :
- Reduction in chemical inputs.
- Better soil nutrient absorption.
- For the environment :
- Contribution to carbon sequestration in soils.
- Enhancement of forest biodiversity.
